Going into a remodel during COVID was a bit nerve-wracking but Dave did a great job making us feel comfortable and confident and got things started in a timely manner. He was responsive to all of our ideas and helped us come up with a great design for our space. The contractors were professional and so kind to my 2 year old triplets I had running around. Aleesha was always available to help with any questions we had and any unforeseen circumstances that arose during the reno was taken care of quickly and professionally. We felt treated like family and recommended them to my parents who are now scheduled to have two of their bathrooms re-done by MHKB. Can't wait to use them again in the future!     Shawn and his crew did a great job at remodeling our Villa. We did a complete remodel - new custom kitchen, new floors, gut/remodel 3 baths, removed walls to create an open concept, plumbing work, install tankless water heater, created an attic storage area, new banister, new light fixtures, new fans, tile work, new doors, new trim - basically everything was new or upgraded. Shawn was fair with his price, attentive to our questions and calls, engaged us with design questions and basically did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend him and use him again

    Mike was very professional and timely in his work. The kitchen was large, built with a 3 ft wide concrete countertop and stone facing all around. He also incorporated a built in grill, 3 cabinet doors, a small refrigerator, an under mount sink, and a drop in ice bin. All which I had purchased separately but he integrated perfectly. Really an amazing piece of work

    I started this project with the help of Todd Hall, the owner. He was very nice and helped me every step of the way to pick things out and make decisions. The guys that came to the house to do the job were professional and very nice. They were at my house for at least 4 days and they were on time every morning so that I could leave for work. They did a great job, every evening they cleaned up the job site before they left for the day. When it was finished I couldn't have been more pleased. I used them again to install an over the range microwave and they also did a good job on that. If I have any other jobs around the house I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

    The owner came out to discuss design ideas and list what we wanted. Two weeks later, he had for us a very detailed list of the work to be done and the products selected (many of which we selected), along with the estimated cost. We had received a substantial coupon from one of the potential suppliers. House Medic used that supplier for many of the related materials, then passed along the coupon savings to us. In getting the work done, the gentleman who did most of the actual work was pleasant, on-time, and easy to arrange work time with. He was careful to close off the area where he was working, so that the house was not covered in clouds of dust, and he cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. He worked with us on timing, so that we were able to come and go as we needed, and, except for about 10 minutes, always had another working bathroom for household use. House Medic gave us everything we wanted in function in the remodeled bathroom, and they left us with a room that is beautiful as well. I believe we now have the best shower on the planet

    Excellent! i called them at 9am and explained what was going on, James said that they had some work to do across town but would stop by and take a look on there way. with in an hour they were there to meet me and take look. They figured out the source of the leak and were back that afternoon and the leak was fixed before i got home from work at 5pm! Excellent work and Customer Service, when it comes time to replace the whole roof you bet ill be calling them again
