"Michael and his brother were so accommodating in a stressful time! Initially, my Nest thermostat stopped working and my home warranty company wouldn’t help me. I called Michael and he came out that day, assessed the situation, determined I needed a new furnace, rearranged appointments and fit me in within 36 hours to install a new furnace. Michael went out of his way to explain and show me the problem, to talking me through the process. The service, professionalism, cost, and everything in between was top notch.
