He came up with excellent game plan on keeping cost down without replacing all the carpet. He was able to reattach the carpet at all entry points, fixed the areas of pet damage. It is simply amazing. You cannot even tell where the damage had occurred and this was on older carpet. Saved us a ton of money by not having to buy new carpet. If you have any flooring needs I HIGHLY suggest calling Nick. "I hired Pristine clean services LLC to perform a move out cleaning and carpet steaming on a rental property. They were able to accommodate me on a very short notice. The owner did a house walk through and we detailed out the items to be cleaned ahead of time and then when the cleaning was completed we did another walk through and they touched up any item I requested.
