They cleaned up after themselves and made sure that the area was well cleaned before they left. Rugs were vacuumed and windows cleaned. There were no hidden extra costs. What they said and is what I paid. The owner of the company personally made sure I was satisfied and kept me up to date with any weather issues that would hinder the work."

"Excellent workmanship and products I have had three installations with Power in the past two years. I first used them for a new roof and gutters. The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. I would choose them again for any future projects."

"Nice windows and doors. The bad thing about their business is no customer service. After the product is installed, no follow up. If an issue arises after the installation and called in, there is no follow up and you are on your own."
