After he presented his solution and suggested the total system, he gave us a number that was not itemized or broken down, but just a total projected cost. When we said we'll think about it, the cost came down by 10% if we signed up that day before he left. We again said we'll think about it (even if we had to pay the original estimate). He finally came back with a "final" offer of almost 25% off if we could start on 3 days since a crew was on standby and needed a job. We eventually ended up signing then. Would have been an easy 5* review had he just done the walkthrough and allowed us to get some other opinions or quotes before moving forward with them. That said, the work appears to be fantastic, appreciated the total system, and again the crew, lead by Brandon, was amazing. Left our basement clean and walked us through each new addition to our basement system. Thanks for all your help."
