Excellent. I would use him again without a second thought. I was disappointed in the options available for selecting toilets and the price, but it's possible I don't understand the big picture.

I have used Frank's service and have recommended him to family and friends and he and his staff are friendly and professional. He guaranties his work and backs up everything he does. His prices are fair and he will work with you if need time to pay.

I called and asked if they could remove the gas line; the woman with whom I spoke said she'd check with a plumber as soon as one returned to the shop, and get back to me. The next morning, a plumber called directly and said he could come over shortly. He did, and removed the gas line and vent.

Arrived on time and worked effectively.

During the initial construction project, I had no direct contact with them. However, I was completely satisfied with the end result. They installed the bathroom, kitchen and laundry room plumbing, and I have had no issues with their work since.

Each year in the fall, they come to winterize the cottage and they are always completely professional and reliable. I am confident that we will have no plumbing related surprises during the winter and we never have. The same is true in the spring when the restart the water.

During the summer of 2011, the sump pump in our crawlspace stopped working resulting in about 6 feet of water accumulating. When called, Deluca responded very quickly and had someone on site when we needed him. He very quickly pumped out the standing water and replaced the defective pump. The price was completely reasonable and we were completely satisfied with the work.

They were prompt, professional, and upfront with the cost of their services.
