"Gary returned my initial phone call promptly and came by soon after to inspect the space. He sent me an estimate within 3 days and once I accepted, scheduled the first work day. Gary and his assistant arrived on time and got right to work. Over the course of several days I observed that Gary and Forrest were detail oriented, didn't take shortcuts, and we're very concerned with doing things correctly and well. On the first day, I added to the scope of work and Gary easily agreed to the additional work and got me an estimate for the new work. "They sent 2 young gentlemen to my house. They did not finish the job. We called them back later that night. One of the gentlemen did come back and fix the issue of reconnecting the sink. A few weeks later we realized that the stop plug was not installed correctly. Its a small thing right now, but it has still not been taken care of."

Jim recommended (in changing dark wood to a light color) to caulk all cracks and that was a tremendous suggestion. Everything was sprayed and they used Sherwin Williams Emerald paint...the primer and new coats of paint are smooth, even and very professionally done...really awesome! Jim even came back after the job was completed to touch-up and make it extra nice! Please, take our advise, get a quote from Jim BEFORE you give the job out...you won't be disappointed:)"

Darrin responded to my inquiry very quickly, was able to complete the job - installing 11 pairs of exterior shutters which were relatively sizable and heavy- in the timeframe we needed (which was the same week we put the inquiry out), his pricing was competitive to other bids, and he was very communicative the entire time regarding arrival times, etc. He helped us determine the brackets that came with the shutters were unlikely to hold up and worked with us to find a better solution. Also, he noticed our exterior lights needed upgraded. Funny enough, we had already purchased 7 new exterior lights. When we told him we had lights ready to install, he gave us a quote on the spot that was better than any quote we had and he was willing to do that work while on site for the shutters. He did fantastic work and was very professional. Highly recommend!"

"He arrived on time. He put the sink in the first day, and started on the lights. A young man came later that day to assist. He came back the next day, an a third guy came to help. They finished up. Did a good job. I also had water leaking under my refrigerator. He pulled it out from the wall, looked it over, cleaned under it, and didn't charge anything extra. The one light was't working correctly, so he came back promptly and fixed it.
