"Tyler showed up on time, and worked efficiently & neatly. The new disposal is slightly larger than the old one, so undersink pipes had to be adjusted a bit. Project took a bit less than the estimated time quote. Since the installation (a week ago) all as worked OK without issues."

"Xcellent came out and installed the new drains for our downspouts and sump pump. They cleaned up the yard and removed all the flags marking different systems that are in the yard. They are a very professional company and the prices were very reasonable!"

"My experience with them was awesome. They came out and looked at something. They saved me some money. They came out to. They were honest and punctual. There was just a clog in the line. There was nothing wrong with my septic system or my septic tank. Anybody else would have taken advantage of the situation. They did an inspection of it and it was all good. They didn’t charge me anything for the additional inspection. It was a father and son team. The father didn’t have the tools but the son was in another job. They actually told me that it would be a little bit longer. But the son finished his job and got here a lot sooner. Overall, it was a good experience. They were good about cleaning after themselves. That was the third time I had used them. They were recommended to me by my father in law who had used them over a number of years."

"We called Mr. Rooter to look at our water heater which had some corroded connections and small leaks. Dan from Mr. Rooter was very professional. He clearly went over the options and pricing for replacing the valves vs a new hot water tank vs a tankless system. There was zero pressure from the technician, he simply went over the pros and cons of each option and let us decide, and then quickly went about installing the new system. I couldn’t be happier."

"Excellent. We had other projects we wanted done, but they explained to us that installation of these fixtures (and a new outlet) would involved drywall being cut and they wanted us to know this before starting. We decided this wasn't worth doing.
They arrived for the estimate a few minutes early, and arrived the day to work right on time. Matt did the installation, and he was professional, courteous, neat and clean. He was only there 1/2 a day.
