"Gary returned my initial phone call promptly and came by soon after to inspect the space. He sent me an estimate within 3 days and once I accepted, scheduled the first work day. Gary and his assistant arrived on time and got right to work. Over the course of several days I observed that Gary and Forrest were detail oriented, didn't take shortcuts, and we're very concerned with doing things correctly and well. On the first day, I added to the scope of work and Gary easily agreed to the additional work and got me an estimate for the new work.
