Our job was a big job with a lot of cuts and they were working with smaller tiles. They were meticulous about making sure it was perfect. They were on time, always cleaned up at the end of the day and even at the end of the job, cleaned everything and left my house like it was before the job started. "As I requested they provided the cost for drain snaking upfront. A simple procedure that most others would not quote. (They wanted to do a separate "diagnostic" visit and additional fee. The work was fine. The technician very competent and concientious about keeping things clean. The only rub, they wanted $179 to put the toilet back in (way out of line). I think they could have told me. Nevertheless, I drove to home depot for a wax ring and had it done in 10 minutes. Overall, a 4 oout of 5. If they charged a more reasonable rate for reseating the toilet i would have had them do it, and would have rated a 5."
