Excellent customer service! NE Ohio residents experienced basement flooding due to heavy rains in a short period of time, I called every plumber on Google and was told at least a week or more before someone could come out, until I called Semper Fi Plumbing. My gas water heater had been under water and we were without hot water. He came the same day to give me an estimate on a new sump pump and backup system and to inspect my hot water heater. He was able to light my hot water heater for me that day and I was so happy to have hot water again. Chuck was punctual, honest, fairly priced and very kind to me as I was overwhelmed by all the loss of sentimental items in the basement. As a woman, I have experienced many companies that take advantage of women who don't know the ins and outs of home maintenance issues but Chuck treated me with respect and explained everything thoroughly without upselling me on things not needed. I also had him replace a leaky faucet in my kitchen. Chuck and Justin both came back to do the work and Justin was also exceptional. I will hire them again and highly recommend them.

I would just like to say that Chuck is truly an amazing person!! I called him at 11:45 pm(almost midnight) and he called me back with 45 seconds, he came over the next morning and fixed a main water valve that had broke, we had water going everywhere and had to have the city shut it off the night before ( so we had no water for like 11 hours. Chuck came over and fixed the problem right away, it only took him a few hours, he was very professional, and kind. He also cleaned up after doing the job. He work was spot on and I would highly recommend him and his crew!!!! When he was done I was literally in tears by his kindness. I am very happy that I reached out to him and he helped us. Chuck was thorough and explained everything he did servicing my boiler . He was knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend his company .

If you have baseboard heat or have a boiler of any kind do not waste your time or money with anyone else. Chuck is a true professional and has knowledge that a diffeeent vendor I used previously didn’t even begin to ask. I will use Semper Fi for all my future plumbing needs. To say they were awesome doesn’t do them enough justice. If I could give ten stars I would in a heart beat.

Chuck provided an itemized estimate and was true to his word. He even gave a discount because my husband is retired military. He ordered the parts and did an excellent job connecting the gas lines and installing new valves. He also tested our gas lines for leaks. Chuck was great at answering my question, he was prompt and quick to get the work done to minimize the disruption to our service. I also plan to use Chuck again for some water plumbing work. I strongly recommend Semper Fi Plumbing to anyone needing gas plumbing work.

Chuck provided a thorough assessment and provided a detailed estimate. Within a few days, he came back to complete the agreed task and will follow up. He gave recommendations and feedback based on all comments and questions. He was friendly, courteous, informative. While it is too early to see if I will need additional services he recommended, I am completely satisfied. I would use and recommend his services again.
