"Do not use Appliance Service and Parts, Mount Vernon Ohio! I called him to do warranty work on my washer, he had me pay $300 upfront for the warranty work and I new washer top. The first appointment was scheduled for July 24 at 12pm, at 2:20pm I called to find out why he hadn't showed up. They said he was in Easton and it would still be hours before he would be there. So I rescheduled for July 30 at 1pm. On July 30th, He finally shows up at 3:30pm! Also I tried calling him 7 times and he never answered his phone. Then tells me that it's not covered under warranty even though I already had an email from Speed Queen telling me it was. He promoted a free accessory with the furnace purchase, offering options like a Whole House Humidifier, which we discussed specifically for our downstairs unit. After installation, we found that the humidifier was missing and instead received an April Aire Merv-11 filter, which was never mentioned. When we contacted Cameron, he claimed we misunderstood and refused to resolve the issue without extra charges. Customer service was unaware of the filter and kept confusing it with the humidifier. Despite escalating the issue to management, they sided with Cameron and refused to honor the promotion. Logan Services’ failure to resolve the issue and their unprofessional handling have led us to decide we will not do business with them again."
