"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve worked with Shawn and Elmwood LLC on numerous projects in our older Bexley home, and they have consistently exceeded our expectations! From transforming rooms into a home gym and office to remodeling our porch, installing flooring, and now undertaking an extensive buildout of an upstairs bedroom suite, they’ve become our go-to team for just about everything. Shawn and his team are trustworthy, efficient, professional, and incredibly respectful of our home. They show up, do what they say they’re going to do, pay attention to the details, and always leave the work areas clean. Anyone who owns an older home knows that renovations can come with surprises, and having a contractor you genuinely trust makes all the difference. The drop-down list of services for this review didn't come close to capturing everything they've done for us or the range of work they can handle! It's rare to find a contractor you can rely on time and again. Five stars without hesitation!"

"BDJ was wonderful. Quick response, and high quality work. I was absolutely delighted with their work, and look forward to working with them again in the future."

"Yuri and Sergei of LBT Construction and Remodeling Service, Inc. did a wonderful job converting my loft bonus space into a bedroom. This required them to close the wall overlooking the family room, add a closet and bedroom door, and paint the bedroom and two story family room. It all looks great. The wall looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the way both rooms turned out. The second project was repairing rotted trim around a second floor window. Not surprising when they removed the trim the wood underneath the siding was also rotting. Yuri and Sergei removed the siding for that area, replaced the plywood, covered all with Tyvek, taped around the window, put the siding back in place and trimmed out the window using PVC board. The window looks great and I am totally confident this will never be a problem again. Yuri and Sergei are very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and polite. They clean up everything when they are done only leaving behind a job well done. I will definitely be calling them for my next house update."

"Chris with Friesen Family Renovations, LLC was very professional and thorough in the work he has completed. He installed a new screen door, replaced my tub stem and faucet, repaired my subfloor in the kitchen and installed brand new LVP flooring to replace old and water damaged flooring. He also mounted a television for me, and did some drywall repairs as well. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for quality and dependable work!"
