"I hired Pristine clean services LLC to perform a move out cleaning and carpet steaming on a rental property. They were able to accommodate me on a very short notice. The owner did a house walk through and we detailed out the items to be cleaned ahead of time and then when the cleaning was completed we did another walk through and they touched up any item I requested. I was extremely impressed with the quality as were my realitor and new renter. The house was immaculate when they left, and no hidden fees or up charges, very transparent from the beginning. Steam cleaned all carpeted areas with focus on removing pet hair/stains, I was happy with the result and they were prompt with the service. As with all carpet cleaning the carpet was wet after longer than the 8 hours expected but this is normal in my opinion and I used fans to accelerate the drying process. "Within a couple days of contacting Tim he came out to give us a quote. We needed the work done pretty quickly, and he was able to come out the following week to complete the job. It took about three days to complete which is what Tim quoted us. He also charged us a flat rate for the labor plus whatever supplies would cost. He quoted $1,200 total and the final total was $1,157. He also supplied all the receipts for materials. Great attention to detail and was very clean throughout the process. We are very pleased with the final result; it looks like the closet has been there since the house was built."
