"We had a minor accident where a glass votive had fallen from a shelf and onto the bathtub in our guest bathroom, which caused a 1" diameter chip that was black in our white bathtub. Prior to this we had been discussing replacing the shower door in our master bathroom. While researching solutions to the chip in our bathtub, I came upon Miracle Method and discovered that they could handle both of those projects. We called to get an estimate for those projects and Justin came out to provide those. From there we added refinishing the shower and vanity in the master bathroom. We went out to their showroom to determine color selection and were able to take home some samples to help us in that decision. While we were there, we finalized our contract and were able to schedule some dates within three weeks to get this work done. The shower door was supplied by a subcontractor, who came out in a timely fashion to take measurements. Communication prior to our appointment was outstanding as we were kept informed about our start date as well as the preparation steps we needed to take as well as what we were to expect as the project progressed. While our primary technician was delayed in his arrival on the first day, another team member showed up to get our project underway. I appreciate the fact that they did not rush through this work and took their time to do a quality job. However, they did stay on schedule, and get the refinishing of the vanity and shower as well as the bathtub repair, all finished in the two day timeframe that they allowed for this. The repair of the bathtub went extremely well as they did an excellent job of color matching their paint to the tub surface - it is impossible to tell that the surface was ever damaged! On the third day, the shower door installers came out to do their job and did a great job as well and were also very prompt in their arrival. All of the technicians were very respectful of our property and did a very good job of cleaning up their work area after this was completed. The only negative about this process is, because this process basically involves painting existing surfaces, there is a strong solvent odor that lingers for a few days afterwards. The agreement that is signed with them does state that this does occur, so we were adequately forewarned about this. Overall, I would highly recommend Miracle Method to anyone who wants to get a bathroom remodeling done at a very reasonable cost."

Also very clear communication about when they were arriving and how long each phase of work would take. Tub and shower walls are full acrylic, plumbing/shower are Moen and good quality bathtub glass doors. You get what you pay for, and we were more than happy to pay for skilled, detailed professional work."
