Had a 10 am appt for a walk through and assessment with quote to follow. I got a call at 830 stating her first job of the morning turned into an emergency repair and she was going to be late. 1 star, No problem with us, appreciative of the early update, My wife was impressed when we got a call at 1230 ish she was finally on her way. another star, First thing Evie did was hand me her card and shake my hand. Another star..we did walk through , she offered options we signed a release accepting the quote. I was to get a disposal on our own, she recommended specs etc and why. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. Having worked for a plumber in HS p/t I had some knowledge , was old school etc and she understood what I talked about. There was no smoke and mirrors, straight forward stuff, and a reasonable quote for the amount of work to be done. now up to 4 stars. Sole proprietor, the kind of vendors I l like to support, 5 stars....if only could find another electrician in the same boat.

5 Stars and I would give more. She responded almost immediately, several emergencies interrupted both of our schedules but she promised to come and get the service done on the day it was scheduled. She quickly identified the problems, started repairing and saw that she would need an extra part to fix it, went to the store and back, finished both of the issues and gave sage advice for the future. She is professional, personable, and an excellent businessperson. We will definitely hire her company again. Above and Beyond!

Shorty’s plumbing was right on time & did an amazing job with an installation of a new commode. Price was very good and service was excellent. Will not hesitate to call upon them for future plumbing services.

Evangelynn is a 3rd generation plumber is the biz for 20 years. She is available on weekends so working people like me can work, and doesn't charge extra for that. She replaced my leaky corroded metal pipe under bathroom sink immediately with no extra charges. She was the 1st plumber to call me back. She's my goto plumber from now on.

Love Shorty's! Evie came to replace my water heater and kitchen faucet, as well as fixing a clog in my garbage disposal. She was friendly and professional, completing the work quickly and with attention to detail. I would hire her again!
