Not only did the floors come out absolutely stunning, he helped us out by starting when we needed him, he was neat and clean and contained the dust from sanding, mixed a custom color that blended the floor in the original part of the house with a later addition, and his price was was reasonable and fair (we had quotes from 2 other companies who could not do the job in the time we needed). Not only that, but our house sold one week later for over asking due in large part to the beautifully refinished floors throughout the house. Thank you, Robert!! "I am not pleased with the service I received! They damaged my waterline and stated someone would be out to fix it. It's been 9 months and no one will return my calls nor have they come to fix what they damaged! They ruined my lawn and never came back to replace the soil they dug up! They ruined my basement floor and I had to replace my entire floor! They said they would be out to test the sump pump and drains that were installed, again, it's been 9 months and no one has followed up with me! I'm really concerned that the lifetime warranty they say I have even exists!"
