"Signed a contract back on April 2, 2025. They were supposed to be out on Wednesday, May 21. They called me two hours before they were supposed to be here to cancel because of the chance of rain. We had zero rain here from 7:45 AM all the way to 3:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day as well. Contacted my salesman. He tells me he will get back to me. Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. Amazing that a company that's been in business this long plays games like this."

Which was much lower than other competitors we looked at with no charge for add ons. I discussed that I wanted kitchen, bathrooms and all other rooms clean, dusted and vacuumed. Also that I wanted baseboards and inside the cabinets. No basement or garage needed. They said, no problem! They arrived on time and stayed for a couple hours. The next day I questioned what they did during that time. There was food still found in drawers and cupboards in the kitchen, the floor was filthy, the windows were not cleaned neither were the blinds. I have attempted to contact them and their mailbox is full. I have never been so disappointed. I do not even know what I paid for. I would NOT recommend this company."
