Josh and his team helped me find the perfect flooring for my high-traffic living room, so I called them again when I needed to replace the flooring in our master suite. I love the results! It looks beautiful—and I’d like to take the credit—but it was all Homestead! I often feel like great service is a thing of the past, but not with this company. Outstanding service. Great selection. Reasonable pricing. Professional team. If you need flooring, call Homestead!

This was a present for my mother's 95th birthday. She lives with me. At first they were nice and very professional. They said it would take one day to install but it took two days. They put many items in the kitchen which was very inconvenient with the delay in finishing the job. The carpeting was nothing like what we chose. I told them this was not to show wheelchair marks and vacuum marks but it ended up showing these things all too well. I called them to come out and look at the problem and they will not even come here. They said this is what we ordered and this is what we got. We only paid for half of it and now they are taking us to court adding insult to injury. We did not get what we wanted and we would never use them again.

We disclose to every customer with a wheelchair in the home that your carpet will show accelerated wear and the wheelchair will void all manufacturer's warranty. We are disappointed that we didn't meet your expectations, but stand by the fact that we professionally installed the material you selected."

Homestead was hired to install flooring in our new home. Ceramic Floor in bathroom was not grouted properly--it had mortar coming through to the top and it was cracked in several places. Company had to come back out several times to fix. Vinyl floor squeaks. They came back out 3 times and still have not fixed this. We were told there was nothing else they could do--our problem now.

"There were small issues with the grout in one shower which were speedily remedied when brought to our attention (outside the warranty period). Homestead Interiors Inc. is a floor "covering" institution. We cannot repair subfloor imperfections that develop underneath an installed floor. Please note we did make an appearance and attempt to repair several years after you moved into your new home."
