"Can someone tell me how we can get an American Home Tech representative to inspect the new TPO roof their company installed on our home? We are concerned that the "service walkable roof" will be damaged due to rocks and debris that the installers left under the TPO. We've been calling and emailing since June 10, and they refuse to come out and, at least, inspect. Now, we're down to just getting no response. Has anyone had this issue with American Home Tech before?"

The gentleman from Haubner came out and assessed the issue, devised a plan, and repaired the problem. No more leaks that were ruining my outside and inside walls. "The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."
