"We love our new Deck! We were tired of the constant maintenance on our old deck and rarely used it. Doug at DBC was very creative in designing new deck with a retractable awning. The new TimberTech flooring and aluminum rails create a maintenance free deck which is wonderful, no painting, just rinse off with a hose. The Betterliving retractable awning allows us to use the deck even on the hottest of days. The awning even auto retracts if it gets too windy! The DBC crew scheduled our project and arrived on time. The entire crew was very professional and considerate from beginning to completion."

"EM Painting and Remodeling was phenomenal. Extremely professional and always communicated with us about the project. We definitely would hire again for future projects."

Throughout the project, Desborough Construction communicated timely updates and maintained the schedule so that it minimized disruption to our home. Further, Desborough Construction worked impeccably, keeping our kitchen and home remarkably clean. Every aspect of our kitchen remodel was at the highest level."

"Tim is very responsive and very easy to work with. He did a great job installing a new laminate floor in my kitchen, laundry area and first floor bathroom He offered to do extra work such as installing new hoses for my washing machine to prevent any water damage. He pointed and corrected out what the previous installer did wrong which caused the floor to creak a lot. The previous installer was with a local bath and design store in Mentor who did a good job with cabinets, Cambria countertops and lighting installation but they failed miserably with flooring installation."

"Remodel went very well. TMAK team was very courteous, knowledgeable and neat. Quality of fit and finish met my expectations. I would not hesitate to have them design my next project."
