We have hired Tim for several projects now, which have included painting almost the entire interior of our house, with many minor repairs along the way, putting in a new floor in our laundry room, and painting the floor and ceiling of our basement so that it looks like new. He was reliable, competent, and always willing to do an extra job. Truly a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him.

Tim is very responsive and very easy to work with. He did a great job installing a new laminate floor in my kitchen, laundry area and first floor bathroom He offered to do extra work such as installing new hoses for my washing machine to prevent any water damage. He pointed and corrected out what the previous installer did wrong which caused the floor to creak a lot. The previous installer was with a local bath and design store in Mentor who did a good job with cabinets, Cambria countertops and lighting installation but they failed miserably with flooring installation.

Tim is just so accommodating...really a pleasure to have good rapport and pleasant experience. He does what he says he'll do...works quickly...straightens up at the end of each work day....good practical knowledge of jobs to be done and honest ethical guy....fair pricing, too. Looking forward to seeing the finished project in place!

Replacing my bathroom counter top, sink, faucet, and updating the plumbing posed a few challenges that required attention to detail. Tim does that. He is very good with status updates. Very professional, efficient, and capable. My project turned out great! Highly recommend and will definitely call him for future projects.

Tim is very easy to work with. He will go the distance to please. He worked with the carpet installer to make sure colors of slueter and stair nose caps matched. The tile install turned out beautiful. Pricing was better than average.
