This is an absolute amazing company, my salesman brendan was very helpful, Devan the Project Manager helped make sure everything went smoothly. Walter and Mike also from production were very friendly and professional. And Shawn, the window installer was polite,knowlagable, and efficient. And even cleaned up on his way out. "They were very prompt with coming out for initial estimate. We first met with Robert who was very knowledgeable, but a little pushy and very salesman like. At that time we did proceed with window order but not door. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel initial order. We did go to office a while later and met with Richard who was awesome and not at all pushy. We ended up ordering windows, doors and shutters. Richard was great and patient, despite us making two order changes (decided to enlarge one window and not get grids in the front door sidelights). Overall installers did a good job, there are a couple things I wish they had discussed better with my husband and myself. When all is said and done I am happy with our experience and purchase."
