"Our air conditioning stopped working on a very hot day and I called Andrew Mengis who was working at another job. He said he would come after he finished his current job. After calling me twice to let me know he was delayed, he arrived at our house at 8:15 pm. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty pump and made a temporary fix. As promised, Andrew came the following morning with a new pump which he installed and then completed a more thorough maintenance check of our heating and air conditioning systems as we requested since it hadn't been done in several years. "State Heating and Air Conditioning installed my central air and went above and beyond. My schedule was hard to accommodate dude to work and moving from another city. We had some mix ups but Scott installed portable units until everything could be fully installed so my brick house wouldn’t be an oven. Sal and Nick did my install and were very helpful. They were nice enough to put up my new carbon monoxide alarm and changed the filter in my furnace without me asking, just being helpful gentlemen. Now I have AC and I’m a happy camper. "Due to an electrical storm last year, We've been without central air since Oct. 2016. And no one could replace our old propeller that got hit by lightning but "Grainger." Dale was Prompt & Polite. Dale is delightful, honest, fair, & knows what he's doing and obviously loves what he does. He was very nice, understanding and patient with my questions & he took his time explaining several details with great answers! Very reasonable pricing for all the work he done. He'll be our go to Central Air Repair Man if ever we need him. However, he did introduce a lot of DIYs for us to try first in case of emergencies. I simply can't say enough good about Dale. He's the absolute BEST!"
