This provider did part of the job. The second part he attempted to unplug the bathtub drain using a toilet plunger which then broke a pipe in the drain. As such, about two gallons of water drained through the kitchen ceiling fan and light onto the kitchen carpet. As this was happening my wife called up to him, he came down, looked at it and left.
