That is where Kody came in and walked us through the entire process. He got on the roof and climbed up in a tiny little crawspace that I would never get into. He came down pouring sweat but never missed a beat. After he came down he went over all of issues we had in our crawspace and on the roof. We didnâ t know what to expect but Kody is the man! After going over all the issues he broke down the price and payments. It was a bit more than we expected but we knew Kody was not just trying to sell us. He had our best interests at heart. Emma was polite, professional, responsive and knowledgeable about the product. I was probably a pain to work with after so many questions and emails but she never showed it. She was always ready to answer my questions via text, call or email. The process was very quick. The technician came out the next day to measure and less than two weeks later, I have the most beautiful shower doors in my bathroom. They never tried to upsell me anything, only provided options that were available.
