They responded to my initial request within a few hours; leaving me a voice mail and a text. Dave was professional. He was on time, quickly installed the smoke alarms, and tested them. Afterward, he swept up the debris on the floor before my dogs could walk through it. I have 2 small dogs. He was friendly toward them and they liked him as well. You have to trust their instinct! "From the time that USA arrived at my address they kept me informed of everything that they were doing. I would ask them a question they made sure that they not only answered me but that I understood. What I liked was when they were done with the job and finished cleaning up they did an extra walk through to make sure I was satisfied. Also I had a problem with my security light and one of the crew members was up on a ladder and I asked him if he would check and see if there was something wrong with my security light because it wasn't going on when it was supposed to.
