"From the time that USA arrived at my address they kept me informed of everything that they were doing. I would ask them a question they made sure that they not only answered me but that I understood. What I liked was when they were done with the job and finished cleaning up they did an extra walk through to make sure I was satisfied. Also I had a problem with my security light and one of the crew members was up on a ladder and I asked him if he would check and see if there was something wrong with my security light because it wasn't going on when it was supposed to.
