We pre-treat stains with a stain remover and brush them by hand. Then using our 5-brush rotary steam extractor, we get your carpets the cleanest they will ever come. Phil was very responsive to my request for service, and set up an appointment that was convenient for me. He arrived with his worker on time, walked the project and proceeded to bring in his equipment. He asked if any areas needed special attention before beginning. My condo was completed in 2 hours and the carpet looks amazing, and smells fresh and clean. Thanks Phil.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
AMAZING. Filthy, whole house cleaning to prepare for sale. Phil organized walls, clean windows inside and out and kitchen, while Michelle scrubbed 2 disgusting bathrooms. The kitchen cabinets and linoleum floor were coated with years of grease, all gone with their chemicals. Hand scrubbing and a power floor machine! Streaked, blackened carpet was renewed to amazing lighter color. I arranged this over the phone. Phil and crew came on time, worked constantly so hard and performed a MIRACLE on a lovely ranch home that had not been cleaned in 10+ years. I trust Phil and his recommendations during this difficult process. He had me check the work as it went along, what a renovation!! Phil exceeded my expectations and is worth every dollar.

Called before coming out , which I liked ! were a half hour later then were told but that was not a problem since they let me know. Work was done by two people and house really shined when they were done . Was so pleased with the work that I hired the company to clean my house monthly.

"One of the rooms that we washed walls, ceilings and kitchen cabinets had years of built up kitchen grease with pet hair embedded in it on every surface. This added 30% to the time, which increased the cost by about 1/3rd. Bathrooms were in poor condition and required extra time to clean."

They arrived as scheduled at 3:30 pm so no waiting during a multiple hour window. The carpets were cleaned, but I had expected them to move the furniture and they didn't. They did move/clean under the bed. I'll probably use them again but will plan better.
