"Do n's carpet restoration still uses the shampoo method of cleaning the carpet. Although that means the carpet is wet a little longer than others, it is worth it as shampooing seems to do a little better. My basement carpet looked like it needed to be replaced due to the grime. But Don was able to make the carpet shine. Worth whatever the cost for that type of work."

"I originally hired Pam and her crew to clean my carpets. The house has been undergoing an update and was supposed to be ready to move into. I arrived back in to town yesterday to do some unpacking. When I arrived it was clear there was no way I would be ready for carpet cleaning. Every single room was full of construction items and there was filth everywhere.
