"I originally hired Pam and her crew to clean my carpets. The house has been undergoing an update and was supposed to be ready to move into. I arrived back in to town yesterday to do some unpacking. When I arrived it was clear there was no way I would be ready for carpet cleaning. Every single room was full of construction items and there was filth everywhere. I m caring for a husband who is immune suppressed and needs a safe environment. At the last hour I called Pam and asked if she could clean post construction vs doing my carpets. She was more than willing to do whatever we needed. They arrived on time, dressed very professionally and were extremely polite. They got to work and completed the job in record time. "The crew showed up early after calling to verify that was okay for our schedule. The work went well and we were able to view live footage of the return being cleaned. Our dryer vent was not constructed well and the material used by the house flippers is not standard, so our dryer vent is very long and hard to clean. The crew pointed this out and offered suggestions for correcting the issues and also cleaned it as best they could. The dryer had just started to have trouble drying, so this was right on time. The dryer is now working again! Great work and fair price. The crew was knowledgeable and professional. Would hire again."
