"It went very well. My only complaint was that there was not literature (warranty, maintenance instructions, etc.) that came when they installed it. They said that it would be e-mailed to me. It never was. I also had a technical question so I called them. They put me though to the specialist but I had to leave a message. They never called me back."

Roger was terrific. He apologized for the delay in returning our phone calls due to extreme busyness and short an employee. He knew right away what the problem was and fixed it. We had a different company come out when we thought Buschers could not, and they charged more and could not even fix it. Buchers is a great product(we have had our awning for 10 years) and Roger is so knowledgeable!"
