We began as a small company of US Military Veterans who were not going to let their leadership and complex networking skills go to waste after returning from the war in the Middle East. We have a strong US Military Heritage and instill the beliefs and traditions of all the men and women that we serve on and off of the battlefield. Our company is geared to compete directly with large monopoly companies to offer direct service and support by providing local field support technicians that know and understand the customers on a personal level. We specialize in high rise and commercial office buildings, and now offer a service for new home construction installations built to order.

"For the SECOND time in 3 weeks our internet was cut off during the day without notice! How many times do we have to say we work from home!!!!! Your workers came to the back of our house in the alley today and just off our internet without saying anything. My husband was in the middle of an incredibly important meeting. My husband went outside and asked the worker how long it would take and your worker said "I don't care that you from home, I don't have to call ahead, and it will take however long it takes." Your associates are jerks and you need to better with your customer service. You are literally affecting our ability to work and do our jobs. This is ridiculous!"

VoIP phone services are so common and affordable that it’s unlikely you’ll need a hardwired business phone. Some people may want to avoid VoIP services for reasons of online privacy or to make sure network outages never affect their calls. For the average home office, you should only need one line. It’s uncommon to need more than one business line for a small or starting business. The exception is for the hard workers who manage multiple businesses out of their home and want a separate line for each to keep everything separate.
