We attempt to make every effort to clearly explain to our customers what is wrong with their system, their options and what it takes to fix it correctly. Sometimes our technicians do recommended the option of replacing equipment due either to age, cost of repairs, poor efficiency or safety. Their phone service was easy to talk to and gave me a great quote. But it took two visits, inconsistent reports from technicians, & in the end they tried to overcharge me.

No one looks forward to a costly solution, but the proper & responsible fix for some HVAC problems can be expensive. Our technicians receive NATE-certified training to ensure that they diagnose issues properly and they are expected to provide outstanding, reliable service every time they visit a customer. Terrible! This is the company that never fails to DISAPPOINT!!!! I would NEVER recommend this company! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
They installed one HVAC unit backwards - literally backwards - even the tech who came out couldn't believe it! They came back for the second unit - that one did not work and we had to call them back because a switch was not flipped on. You would think these people would check that units were working properly before they left. We were not informed that they contracted out water heater installation - suddenly another service (with another name) pulls up - cannot tell us who sent them just that they had a work order. Had to call Service Experts to get everything straightened out. When the water heater was installed, hoses to our washer were not put back in place properly causing a flood in the laundry room with the first wash after the heater was installed. Twice we have scheduled maintenance visits only to wait around all day and have no one show up - each time we were told "I see there's a ticket - it just never got put on a tech's scheduled - we can't do anything about it now". Another instance, company promised they would provide a service tech by 10 am at the latest. At 12 pm, he was "coming". At 1 pm, we couldn't even get anyone at the company to answer the phone. At 3 pm we left a message saying, "don't come we have to leave" - guess they don't check their messages b/c at 3:30 they came and left a message "you weren't here"!. When I called back, the office staff seemed stunned that we couldn't wait around all day even though work was supposed to be completed in the AM. When I finally spoke with a manager and explained we were hosting a birthday party that evening and if we didn't leave we would not be able to get the birthday cake before the store closed he agreed that was "unfortunate" and "would have been better to not have scheduled work on a day you absolutely had to leave the house"! Can you believe that?!!! These people do NOT seem to understand a home where all members work FT and literally cannot be present all day long just waiting for a repairperson who is HOURS late! My time is more valuable than that. I am on time for my clients - if I am to be more than 30 min late, my company policy demands I call, inform the customer and give them the option of rescheduling. If only these people could be that respectful and professional. This is hands down the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with - not just one person, one time - but consistently. I am SO SORRY we ever did business with them - STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Even when I have complained, no one has offered any compensation and service continues to be poor and late - despite them disappointing us in the past.
