Very professional and punctual. The install was thoroughly explained and completed neatly and correctly.

The work went very well and was done quickly. The old meter was pulling away from the house because the ground sunk a little over 20 years. A contact was also damaged on the inside. The meter was installed with a sliding fitting to prevent earth shifting from pulling the new meter. Coordination with the power company was required to turn the power at the pole off and back on.

I explained what I wanted and had them buy them all.

It was fine. They are very good.

New 24' x 36' garage (pole building) with porch and attached greenhouse. Rapid Electric did all the electrical. Work went very well. The response time matches their name--Rapid Electric. Office assistant, Autumn, always friendly and efficient. Bill, the owner, detail-oriented and clearly well-liked and respected by his employees. Never had a problem contacting him. He either answered the phone himself or got back to me the same day or within a day or two. Always flexible when it came to scheduling work to be done. Since I acted as general contractor for this project, I greatly appreciated his flexibility, not to mention his advice. The guys were always prompt, courteous, neat, and professional. They clearly take pride in their work and seem to genuinely enjoy being electricians. That's always a plus. I highly recommend Rapid Electric. Most reasonably priced of the three companies I got bids from.
