 + -1 moreWe had 6 cell phones through this service. When we changed to this new plan, we had a bill of over $1000.00. They were billing us for transactions that were supposed to be unlimited. We were getting negative notices in the meantime. I talked to over a dozen people to try to get this resolved and finally got them to take care of the wrong charges. The billing process was very inaccurate and I feel that it needs to be checked closely from now on.
Description of Work: We used their services for our cell phones.

 + -1 moreSprint was my first cellular service company and it was awful. There were tons of dead spots where I got no service, I was constantly on roaming fees, often even in my own home, and the only time I had to call the service dept, they were less then helpful. I moved to a new company as soon as my contract was up.

 + -1 moreAcceptable service overall, but some areas of town (Akron) are not as good. Inside big buildings in particular has trouble. I've not had to use service calls so I don't know how well they perform with problems.
Description of Work: Monthly cellular service. 400 anytime minutes, unlimited long distance, unlimited weekends and off hours.

 + -1 moreCOMPANY REPRESENTATIVE MISSREPRESENTED AN OFFER FOR A TWO YEAR PLAN, THEY PROMISED 2 FREE PHONES AND A CREDIT FOR MINUTES, BUT THEY NEVER FOLLOWED THRU WITH EITHER THE PHONES OR THE CREDIT, THEY DID HOWEVER MAKE SURE THE TWO YEAR PLAN WAS ASSIGNED TO MY PHONE NUMBER.
Description of Work: COMPANY OFFERED TO GIVE TO FREE PHONES AND 120 MINUTE CREDIT IF I ACCEPTED NEW 2 YEAR PLAN - THEY NEVER SENT THE PHONES NOR THE CREDIT FOR MINUTES. I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID PHONES WOULD BE $50.00 AND NO CREDIT FOR MINUTES AVAILABLE. I THEN SAID NO DEAL TO THEIR 2 YEAR PLAN AND SENT A LETTER VIA CERTIFIED MAIL TO THEM ADVISING THAT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP MISREPRESENTED THE PLAN. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM BUT DID RECEIVE BILLS FOR CANCELLING THE 2 YEAR PLAN. NOW COLLECTION DEPT IS SENDING NASTY MESSAGES THREATENING REPORT TO CREDIT BUREAU. I SENT THEM COPY OF MY LETTER TO SPRINT BUT CONTINUE TO GET THREATENING LETTERS. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED IN SPRINT, I WAS THEIR CUSTOMER FOR OVER THREE YEARS AND PAID ALL PHONE BILLS ON TIME. I THINK ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM SHOULD ASK FOR ANY PROMO OFFER IN WRITING. THANKS.

 + -1 moreSPRINT SHOULD NOT BE SELLING CELL PHONE SVC. IN CLEVELAND. THEIR SVC. IS UNRELIABLE. I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO MAKE OUTGOING CALLS FOR 4 WEEKS. THE CALLS THAT DO GET THROUGH DISCONNECT WITHING 30 SECONDS. I OFTEN HAD TO WAIT ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. THEY WERE HOSTILE AND NASTY AND BLAMED ME FOR THE SERVICE PROBLEMS. THEY REFUSED TO SEND ME A COPY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SERVICE AGREEMENT.

 + -1 moreTRIED TO CONTACT SPRINT ABOUT A PROBLEM MY DAUGHTER WAS HAVING WITH HER SERVICE. WROTE TO SPRINT TO COMPLAIN AND TRY TO RESOLVE THE MATTER. I GOT NO RESPONSE AND WHEN I CALLED I WAS TOLD THAT SPRINT DOES NOT ACKNOWLEDE OR ANSWER WRITTEN COMPLAINTS AND THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE TO WHOM I COULD SPEAK. THAT IS SOMETHING I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF BEFORE.
