September 5, 2014 I was engaged with Customer Support person, Allison #H6421 regarding 9 months of faulty service. Allison, while antagonizing me became very angry and terminated all services leaving me without phone for health care, 911 and other emergencies. This egregious unlawful act is in violation of FCC Law. WOW is in denial and refuses to take corrective action.
Be fore warned WOW is without integrity! Specifically William Wright and Allison #H6421. (supervisor)
