ANY lumber is susceptible to warpage, at any time. At the time of the sale, the customer is given several choices and price points accordingly. If you buy the least expensive product, you cannot expect it to perform like a top of the line product. We can and do warranty all of our workmanship/craftsmanship, but we have very little quality control over lumber beyond what we see when we purchase it. That being said, we will stand behind what we install within reason, based on the choices the customer makes at the time of the sale.
