They installed a beautiful fence, however they hit the lawn sprinkler system in three different places even though the system was marked with flags. I was told they were not responsible for the damage because "the water lines are seldom in a straight line. It's hard for us to know where lines are. We are not equipped to repair lines, therefore cannot be liable for any repairs." The repairs cost almost $450.

A really great experience. A few key points: 1. Competitively priced 2. Arnie was responsive and flexible setting up the contract and scheduling the appointment. His crew, which included his son, was professional, helpful and courteous. 3. The actual fence is beautiful and skillfully done. 4. When the job was complete, which only took a day, the crew fully cleaned up the yard. In addition to cleaning their gear and supplies, they also hauled away branches from a tree we had to cut back to prepare for the fence. We hadn't had a chance to remove them and they surprised us and removed them without being asked. Would highly recommend.

He was very professional. He arrived on time and worked quickly. The fencing looks great. They even sprayed a rusted section of the fence with rustoleum paint so it looks brand new again.

Arnie did a great job of answering our needs, he was right on schedule to start the fence and finished on time. The fence is great, we are very happy with the end product. His price was reasonable and he was very easy to work with. He even dug a couple of extra holes so we could install a canoe rack without charge. High quality materials and workmanship at a reasonable price. He does the work himself, no subcontractors, it is nice to have the person who you originally discussed things with there doing the actual work. I would definitely recommend.

Simple job but well done and cleaned up on completion.

Mr. Workman always took my calls, worked with us when we weren't sure of the type of fence we wanted and always kept his meetings. Columbus had a very wet spring and that delayed starting the work but, even though it was too wet for him to use his equipment, he and his son hand-carried all the concrete and fence through the trees and mud in order to finish the job so we and our dogs could move in. The slope of the land made one side of the main gate so high off the ground that the dogs might get through. Mr. Workman was able to make a special piece that bridged that gap and still allowed the gate to function.. It may be a small operation but they gave us top service, even avoiding a neighbor's flowers that were on our property. They were also very good about cleaning up after their work. We were unsure if we wanted to spend that much but, now that the job is done, we are glad we did.

Arnie was pleasant to work with, had had to jump through several hoops in my home association process, and Arnie answered all the questions. The work was done over two days, it turned out very well.

This company wanted my business, which was refreshing! Many fence companies told me the job was too small and they weren't interested. Like another member said - if you can hold on, they're worth it! I told them I was flexible on the timing, so they took awhile (1-2 months) to schedule the job, which was OK with me, and they were extremely apologetic for any delay and appreciative of my patience. The fence looks great, and they even created a custom ''mini'' fence between the garage and the main fence to keep the dog in. They were very thoughtful and worked late into the evening to finish the job quickly for us. I will call them for all future fencing needs.

Arnie Workman was great to work with. He and his crew demolished and replaced the old fence with skill and with speed, and I am delighted with the result. He was particularly sensitive to my needs and also to respect the needs of my neighbors. Everything was cleaned up excellently as well.

This company was very prompt on their initial time to come over to give an estimate. They explained the various types of fences available and recommended what types were best suited for the area and needs that I needed. When I compared their price and their knowledge of the products, I felt that they would be the best company to contract with. They began their work on the date they agreed to and completed it on time. The fence has been on my property for over 14 years and has been in excellent condition. I would recommend this company to anyone for their quality of workmanship, punctuality of completion and fair prices.

WORKING IN RAINY CONDITIONS, ARNIE DID A FINE JOB AT INSTALLATION. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. HE PAYS ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU WANT AND EXPECT, AND MET ALL REQUESTS. GOOD CLEAN-UP. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE B RATINGS SOME OTHERS GAVE HIM. I WOULD EASILY RECOMMEND ARNIE TO OTHERS.

THIS COMPANY ORIGINALLY INSTALLED OUR FENCE BACK IN 1983. TODAY, WHEN HE DOES COME, THE WORK IS STILL SUPERIOR! IF YOU CAN HOLD ON, IT'S WORTH IT.

A VERY OFF THE WALL COMPANY. THEY WON'T GIVE A WRITTEN QUOTE, SEEM VERY TENTATIVE, UNWILLING TO COMMIT TO ANYTHING, AND SLOW TO RESPOND. VERY FRUSTRATING.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. I HAD 2 QUOTES, BOTH FROM ANGIE'S LIST, BUT THE OTHER WAS FROM A MUCH LARGER COMPANY. BOTH WERE PROMPT IN GETTING TO ME WITH A PRICE QUOTE AND WERE ALMOST IDENTICAL IN PRICE. BOTH WERE ABLE TO OFFER REFERENCES. THE SMALLER LOCAL COMPANY HAD LESS REFERENCES, BUT THE ONES HE HAD WERE CLOSER TO ME AND I WAS ABLE TO SEE THEM IN PERSON WHILE THE LARGER COMPANY OFFERED MANY PHOTOGRAPHS. I LIKED THE IDEA OF THE SMALLER BUSINESS DOING WORK LOCALLY AND JUST AS NICE LOOKING. THE LARGER COMPANY WAS ALSO BOOKED UP 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE WHERE WORKMAN WAS ABLE TO START THE FOLLOWING WEEK, AND THEY WERE IN AND OUT IN 2 DAYS AND CLEANED UP PERFECTLY. I HAVE HAD POSITIVE FEEDBACK FROM FAMILY AND NEIGHBORS ABOUT THE FENCING ALSO.

RESPONSIVENESS WAS A LITTLE LOW DUE TO EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES, WHICH IS SOMEWHAT UNDERSTANDABLE. VERY, VERY NICE MAN AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

HE DID A SMALLER JOB THAT OTHER COMPANIES WOULDN'T DO. GREAT!!!
