A Brush of Class Painting, Inc., offers a wide variety of services to accommodate the painting needs of the most fastidious residential homeowners and commercial property managers. The cornerstone of my business’ success for the past 30 years has always been personalized service characterized by a commitment to craftsmanship, attention to detail, punctuality, and pride in all of my work. After employing quality help for many years, I have given up trying to find reliable, responsible people with the skills and dedication required to do paint work the way I insist on doing it. I own the company and I work by myself all of the time now. I can still take on large whole-house painting jobs, but I'm very happy to have smaller jobs, too. Email: [email protected]
Professional custom residential interior and exterior painting. We like smaller jobs as much as whole-house painting! Other services we offer are: Deck staining, Pressure washing, Minor interior & exterior repairs, Drywall repair, Wall covering removal, Water & smoke damage repair.

"It does show in my company profile that I DO NOT service the members particular zip code. I made an appointment (for 4:30pm on Thursday April 27 to be exact) with the member to provide a quote for exterior painting the first time we spoke, which was on Friday April 21. I DID NOT offer to call him back when I was "...in his area." The fact that I did not catch the members zip code and point this error out immediately the first time I spoke with him is, however, purely my fault. The fact that the member did not check my service area before calling is his fault. I called the member on Monday April 24 to apologize for any inconvenience and to cancel our appointment after I realized where the member lives and that I had made a mistake. This was a full three days in advance of our appointment, so I do not understand why the member is so put out by my handling of a circumstance that he set in motion. I do not think that it is fair for me to receive an "F" rating for Responsiveness because a member overlooks basic information which I subsequently fail to point out fast enough to suit them."
"The work was done in March or April of this year. It strikes me as very odd that someone so unhappy with the experience would wait 8 months to complain about it. Very odd, indeed. The insinuation that I somehow took advantage or over charged her is unacceptable. I explained the details of the deal that the member purchased, and she agreed that both of the rooms were considerably larger than what the deal specified, and also agreed that the deal did not include ceilings. I offered a VERY reasonable discounted price to do the additional work and the member agreed to pay it before the work was started. There were no surprises or any confusion about what I was going to do or how much it was going to cost as this was all agreed upon before any work was done. I'm not sure I even understand what the problem really is here other than the member did not understand what she was buying when the deal was purchased, which is beyond my control."
