"This was by far the worst remodeling experience I have ever had. From start to finish, it was a complete disaster. I had multiple different contractors in my home, and in the process, they severely damaged my hardwood floors. What was supposed to be a one-week project dragged on for an outrageous six months! To make matters worse, we were forced to spend a week in a terrible hotel while they attempted to fix the floors they ruined. Class1 Pavers & Remodelers did pay for the hotel and half of our food, but that doesn’t excuse their incompetence. Their lack of communication was unbelievable. Our home was completely unfurnished during Christmas week, leaving our out-of-state relatives with no choice but to book hotel rooms instead of staying with us as planned. When I confronted the company about their incompetence, a manager had the audacity to tell me that they were “bending over backwards” for me—simply for fixing what they damaged! That level of arrogance and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. My wife and I finally reached a breaking point and decided to cut our losses, refusing to let them continue working in our home. Every single aspect of this remodel was done incorrectly. To top it all off, they even tried to silence me by making me sign an NDA, preventing me from sharing my experience. Fortunately, I have proof of everything. If you’re considering using Class1 Pavers & Remodelers, don’t do it. If you ignore this warning, make sure to record every conversation, take pictures, and document everything—because you will need it. Stay far away from this company."
