"Duane and his crew arrived on time as previously scheduled. Their work was amazing as they had no easy task to work with. Our driveway hillside, which was previously grass and steep, was transformed into a perennial and mulch garden filled with over 35 plants. Grass was removed, remaining dirt was turned over, plants were installed and fertilized, mulch was put down, new grass was also planted. Upon completion of our project, we realized that they had done such a great job on our hillside that we needed the rest of our front yard mulched. The job was all completed in one day.... everything was cleaned up and nothing left behind. We were extremely pleased and have had nothing but compliments from all our neighbors."

While I was told they would cut the wall at an appropriate height for a chair rail to be installed when re-sheetrocked, the quality of the wall and stud removal left something to be desired. Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done.
