What I didn’t like was the promise of a work crew and that the job would be finished in one day. Simon worked around 10 hours the first day and over 8 hours the second day. All by himself. I realize that people quit, etc but tell the truth. Don’t promise something you can’t deliver. I felt sorry for Simon having to drive to my house from Indianapolis. But he didn’t complain about it and did a great job."

"The tub is wonderful! Installation of the tub was ok except for the widening of the bathroom door. The door trim was wrong and the door itself was not straight. The threshold was not installed at all. Paid an additional $700 to get the door rehung."

He put marble tile in the shower, making sure each tile was perfectly aligned with the others to get a mirror affect from a distance. He then graciously handled a curveball from the customer (that’s me!) when I decided to change the color of the grout AFTER one wall was done. He obliged and re-grouted to my satisfaction, with no harm done to the beautiful marble tiles!"
