"Chris promptly returned by call and came to my house to assess the needed repair and provide an estimate for the work.  Within a week Chris was able to schedule the work to be done.

Jason (who performed the repair) (and Chris) arrived promptly on the scheduled day and time and had the repair completed within 2 hours.  Jason took extra care to spread plastic in areas to catch any debris during the repair.  In addition, he secured the seam between two pieces of wallboard to be repaired to a piece of wood he placed in the attic to insure that the repaired seam would not sag in any way after the repair (new tape and ceiling texturing) was complete.   I thought this was a "value add" step that insured a high quality result.

After repairing the damaged seam with new tape, Jason was able to "mud" the area of the repair and match the ceiling texture pattern so that the repair blended in completely with the rest of the ceiling.

Jason thoroughly cleaned up all debris from the repair and left the room and floor as clean as when he started his task.

Overall, I thought the work completed was of high quality and very professional and exceeded my expectations.

"Highly recommended! Albert drywalled the upstairs (3 rooms and hall), repairs ceiling holes, repaired and floated a plaster wall, drywalled a ceiling (over plaster) and skim coated 3 walls. He was professional, communicated well and the work was excellent. There were several challenges to our job (old house, etc.) so it wasnâ t typical. "Jim & Ben were on it... and the den now looks great! It was a dark worn wood look and now it's fresh and beautiful! Fantastic job! Jim recommended (in changing dark wood to a light color) to caulk all cracks and that was a tremendous suggestion. Everything was sprayed and they used Sherwin Williams Emerald paint...the primer and new coats of paint are smooth, even and very professionally done...really awesome! Jim even came back after the job was completed to touch-up and make it extra nice! Please, take our advise, get a quote from Jim BEFORE you give the job out...you won't be disappointed:)"
