At any time the call could have been cancelled, the quote could have been contested and we could have been asked to not perform the work. The amount of time that a job requires is irrelevant; we do not charge by the hour, but rather by the job. Since we did everything we said we would, in a timely manner and within budget, the rating that you left us is completely without merit."
