"So far, so great! From the crew to the service team in the office, everyone has been super. I am so pleased with how the basement looks, and the quality and thoroughness of the work product makes me think it should outlive me! The crew arrived exactly on time. The foreman explained everything they would be doing, step by step, and answered all of my questions as we walked through my basement, and around my house. He was knowledgeable, patient, and with an easy manner that made him very approachable - I could ask anything (and I had a lot of questions) and he took the time to talk to me. He's great, and an asset to the company. The supervisor was excellent. He's clearly experienced, and that expertise and professionalism shows in the efficient way he worked through the project, and he looked after me and my house like I was family. I didn't interact much with the crew, but they were friendly, and in good spirits - which makes me think they like their jobs, too. And the job finished exactly when the foreman said it would. I do have follow-up questions (there's a lot to absorb, and I should have written things down), but I am confident that OSW stands by its work, not to mention its warranty. Thank you thank you thank you. This was a big, expensive project, and I feel really good about my decision to go with OSW."

"Beautiful Basements did an outstanding job finishing our basement. Dan provided a very thorough estimate/proposal. It detailed all the work to be done and the materials to be used so we knew what to expect and what we were getting right from the start. Ashley was a tremendous help selecting paint colors, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and carpeting to achieve the look that we wanted. Fred, Johnny, Jensen, Devin, Joe, David, and Jessica all worked on tasks in the basement at various times during the project. They were all very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They were very responsive whenever we had questions about the work. They arrived punctually each day and let us know if there was going to be a change in work time. "I had Peak Home Renovations remodel my kitchen in March-April of 2023. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. It took roughly 6 weeks. A complete and total makeover consisting of new granite countertops, new appliances, new cabinetry, creation of new recessed lighting, painting, some carpentry, and creation of a new pantry. The work crews were on time daily and were both professional and personal. The owner of the company regularly was on site and part of the work crew. Problems that arose were quickly and efficiently dealt with . Communication was excellent and the finished product turned out beautiful. "Basement foundation was leaking around the whole house. Complicated job due to cement driveway on one side of the home. I called Ohio Custom waterproofing and made appointment. He was on time and very knowledgeable! No job was too big for them. Was provided an estimate and time frame. They Fixed the down spouting, new french drainage diverted the water away from the house, built retaining walls and even built cement patio! Honest, dependable and completed on time as promised! I highly recommend them!"

"Perfect. Mike was on time, courteous, forthright, knowledgeable, informative, professional and Covid-19 appropriate (we’re older). Efficiently diagnosed plumbing leak specifically caused by dishwasher. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything—a pleasure to have in the house. Decided to have him do an upgrade on a toilet mechanism (my idea, not his). Very satisfied overall."

"When installing a new refrigerator, the knob to turn the water off fell off in the service man’s hand and water was going everywhere. We had to turn the water off to the whole house. In a panic I found Home Advisor and after inputting my info, Amy from Mr. Rooter called within five minutes. After looking at her schedule, she said a tech would show up in 30-60 minutes. Don’t remember the time exactly, but Mike D. showed up in about 35-45. After inspecting the problem, he gave me an estimate. He said that there was a slow leak that had messed up the drywall and he had to cut it out. He installed all new pipes, bought a 2x4 because the new box was smaller than the old box and basically redid the entire site. Mike was so nice and explained everything he did. He realized that I was stressed and made every effort to make this process as easy as he could. If the service men would have brought the new refrigerator inside, Mike D. would have installed it for me. (They came back later and there were no issues installing the new fridge). When I first got the estimate I thought it was high, but I had no choice. In retrospect, I received much more value for my money. I will hire Mr.Rooter and Mike D. for any future plumbing projects."

"Great. There was some confusion on scheduling but it was resolved. He came in and took care of my problem with my waterline to my refrigerator and ice maker. He was reasonable in pricing and I would use him again should I need to."

"I wish I had hired them first! I hired another company to fix my moving bowed and shearing basement walls. They were primarily a waterproofing company, but said they had the solutions to my issues. 3 months after they were complete, my walls cracked and shifted again. (Note, in the attached photos, the patchwork quilt on the walls was the OTHER company.) OBA fixed my issues the correct way. And they were great at every step. The work crew Caleb, Delontae, and Dylan were fast, efficient, and cleaned up when they were done. Caleb made sure to explain what was happening as they did the work and ask if I had questions. The work was thorough, and I feel good about it. And even better, they'll be out in 6 months to ensure everything is working as it should and make adjustments if needed."
