"When having our gutters cleaned, we realized that the underground drain from the house to the street was blocked. We contacted All County to try to have the drain snaked, but when he arrived, it was determined that the type of pipe used was not going to allow for snaking. We discussed options and decided to get on their schedule to have a new drainage line installed. All County came back about 2 weeks later and dug a trench from the street to the garage behind the house. They layed 110 feet of 4 inch, higher strength PVC drain lines and connected them to each of 3 downspouts. They then refilled the trench and verified the drainage. This was the 3rd occassion on which we've had All County to our home for plumbing issues; we definitely plan to keep calling them when needed."

Took extra time due to myself wanting a special ordered trench drain to be used in front of the garage. We liked that they came out for a final inspection of the work that had been done and to see if we were happy with it before final payment to be made. We would hire again if needed. "As I requested they provided the cost for drain snaking upfront. A simple procedure that most others would not quote. (They wanted to do a separate "diagnostic" visit and additional fee. The work was fine. The technician very competent and concientious about keeping things clean. The only rub, they wanted $179 to put the toilet back in (way out of line). I think they could have told me. Nevertheless, I drove to home depot for a wax ring and had it done in 10 minutes. Overall, a 4 oout of 5. If they charged a more reasonable rate for reseating the toilet i would have had them do it, and would have rated a 5."
