"I had an issue with the initial technician, so I called and asked to speak to a services manager. The manager promptly returned my call, and arranged for another technician to come to my house. The second technician ("handlebar Chuck) was awesome! The customer services was EXCELLENT!!! He patiently listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions and provided me accurate information re: the cost of repair vs. replacement. I decided to replace the water heater and, even though it very late in the day, Chuck was able to install the new water heater that evening."

"I stepped up on my system and have a bigger better Furnace and moved to a Heat Pump. They were timely in showing up and did a good job. Cleaned up well. Maybe I missed it, but I was at home all day and never saw them in the house wandering around or goofing off. They were all business. I did have some technical questions in which the installer could not answer, but he said there would be a follow up call and I will have someone come over for a follow up and will have more information on the questions I have which is fine. I would not always expect an installer to be a technical support person as well. Even though my house is being updated where the carpet does not matter if you get it dirty, they still put on shoe covers when walking on the carpet. Excellent job."
