"Gary returned my initial phone call promptly and came by soon after to inspect the space. He sent me an estimate within 3 days and once I accepted, scheduled the first work day. Gary and his assistant arrived on time and got right to work. Over the course of several days I observed that Gary and Forrest were detail oriented, didn't take shortcuts, and we're very concerned with doing things correctly and well. On the first day, I added to the scope of work and Gary easily agreed to the additional work and got me an estimate for the new work. They worked at a steady pace, didn't take breaks, and organized all the debris for disposal. Gary is an awesome contractor and I am already planning my next project for him.

"Brad was fantastic! I had previously had another contractor come in and estimate about 1000 in repairs. Brad indicated this was definitely not the case. He provided an estimate and then beat it by $100. He was knowledgeable, on time and friendly. Estimate was provided and he came back and finished everything in less than 3 hours. Great guy! Great service! And I will be using him again.

"We have used No Despair Home Repair previouslly. As always, this project was excellently done. This weas the biggest project Ron and his crew has done for us. Ron does a great job of listening to what we want and then producing that result. He makes excellent suggestions that are well worth considering. His work aleays exceeds our expectations. Ron is easy to work with and flexible in making any needed changes. Ron was quick to return when it was necessary to resolve a couple minor problems. We are already planning our next progect. I would highly recommend No Despair Home Repair for any type of work around the house.

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."
