Chris and his son were great to work with to update my very dated 1960's kitchen. He made the process less stressful and affordable, and he is honest. I had all new cabinets, plus adding new cabinets, granite countertops, flooring, and backslash done. Chris is very knowledgeable in his craft, and the company and contractors he used were great, too. The cabinets are very well made and solid, I just love them! The granite countertops are beautiful, and the guys who did my floors and backslash great. I love my new kitchen, thank you, Chris. From the first day we met to discuss our project, which was a complete redesign of our converted city loft, we begin to exchange ideas and align on our vision for the project. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
