From the first day we met to discuss our project, which was a complete redesign of our converted city loft, we begin to exchange ideas and align on our vision for the project. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Order arrived quickly - all in good condition. Have been using them for quite a while now. I love that the pieces lock together magnetically - so no sliding around. You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called. Greystone Interiors was a pleasure to work with from day one.  Pat came out to meet us to give us an estimate.  She was prompt and courteous.  We decided to work with Greystone because of their responsiveness and the fact that they help you as much as you need in the design and decision making process.  We had met with other contractors before that basically just tell you to go to the store and pick out what you want without any help or guidance.

We met with Pat at their showroom to select the cabinets and she met us at other stores before construction began to select the granite, backsplash, etc.  She was very helpful by guiding without being pushy about her opinions.

When the work began, the other owner Dale was on-site everyday of the construction until the job was almost completed.  All of the workers that came were courteous and trust-worthy and very respectful of our living space.  We were amazed at how quickly the job was progressing along the way.  We also were amazed at how well they cleaned up everyday after the day's work was completed.

At the end of the project, there were just a couple of small things that we asked to be touched up/repaired and they came promptly without question to complete the tasks. 

We love how beautifully the kitchen turned out and we are super happy with the overall experience, which you don't often hear when people are doing a kitchen remodel.

We definitely would call on Greystone again for any future home remodeling needs and we definitely would recommend them to our friends and family.
