"I had turned off my furnace since the weather was getting warmer. The next day I noticed the gas smell and had to contact my gas company. A leak was detected, and my service was turned off pending the leak being repaired. I called eight different plumbers for help; most were scheduling 2-4 weeks out. Columbus Gas Pros was referred to me by one of the companies I called. Phil explained what would be required before any work could even begin on the leak and shared average costs for this type of work. The information provided is what made me decide to go with Columbus Gas Pros. They were able to get me on the schedule for the next day. When the guys came out to do the work, they were just as thorough about what was needed. Once the repair was done, I was able to get the gas company back out the same day to restore service. Phil was available to me should the gas company have any issues/questions with the repairs that were done. Thank you to all the guys that came out, everyone was genuinely friendly, down to earth, which I appreciate so much more than the button downs I used to call. "I hired this company to clean my gas logs. I spent over $250 and am still having trouble with them. My logs light, but after 15 mins start to smell like they are burning and then shut themselves off. This problem has gotten worse since they were here. I have contacted them multiple times to have them come back out to look and they will not return my call. I will not hire this company again. Update as of 12/20/2022 Update to my review: after talking with the company they have made things right with me. Their customer service was quick to respond to my review. Seems there was some technology issues at play screwed up the callbacks."

"The water company said that the entire meter well needed to be dug up and replaced to repair the leak. Several estimates for that were $2000-$4000. Amanda Plumbing found out from the water company that they could just replace the pipes in the meter well without excavation. However, in the end, the entire problem was resolved by just replacing a couple of gaskets. As President of the HOA, I was extremely happy with their solution and will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs."

"Matt Went out of his way on the day after Thanksgiving on his day off..to come look at my hot water tank. He gave me a very good deal on replacing it and even replacing the pipes to get me up to code. He offered to do the work that very day, but we were headed out of town for Thanksgiving. Got it done on Monday, and im very pleased with the new hot water tank and work that he did. This guy is very professional, really nice and guaranteed his work. I would highly recommend Matt Greene for any plumbing projects that you may have. I know that we will be using him again for anything that comes up down the road."
